How to
create a new Mailing/Distribution List in Outlook Web Access (OWA)
Login to OWA as normal.

 
Click on the down-arrow attached to the “New” button as
highlighted in the picture above.Then select “Distribution List” from
the menu
 
Give the Distribution List a name. Then click the “Find Names” button to
add members to the list

You
can add members to your new distribution list from either the Global
Address List or your existing contact list. You can search for specific
persons by entering the relevant search criteria then click the “Find”
button.

Once
you get the desired list of names, you can add them to your distribution
list by first highlighting each name then click the “Distribution List”
button to add the name to your list.
NB: Please note that you cannot select
multiple names at a time using OWA “Find Names” Webpage Dialog. Multiple
selections can only be done when using Microsoft Office Outlook as your
email client.

After adding the desired names to your distribution list, you then click
the “Save and Close” button to save you new distribution (mailing) list.
This new distribution list is saved as one of your contacts in your
contact list as shown below
